Focus, focus, people. I must have missed the whole deal, so, cliff noters, under 50 words, WTH is this about the flag and the cake? Links to news articles a plus.

I kind of remember reading something (Im getting old and cant remember sh#t sometimes) that said all the supplies and labor were donated, I dont thing any of it came out of Taxpayers money. :shrug:



Hope I didnt type anything wrong, dont want to upset a 44 something woman.:killingme

I do agree with you on the cakes. I suppose they are trying to be cute, but it's a bit silly.

I composed this first post in haste as I was leaving to go somewhere and admittedly spelled a few words incorrectly. Suppose I'll dust off Websters as it appears I lack basic spelling.

For the other poster...yes I can be a d**k. I'm sure we all can.

And it is waste not waist. Waist is where your belt won't fit any longer.

The real issue is flying the flag in a manner deemed to be just and respectable. :patriot:

I understand the HD dealer intends to fly the flag on Memorial Day. We'll see how this turns out as Charles County :doh: authorities have suggested a fine for flying the flag again.

Now...:buddies:

I'm sorry, but that's pure :bs: My neighbor flies a flag daily in front of his home on a regulation flag pole. Are they going to fine him as well? :confused:

fining a business for flying the American flag on Memorial Day... I would love to see how that would turn out. I can't even imagine a cop would have the b@lls to hand out that ticket, but unfortunately I believe they would say it.
