there could be a white homosexual, or a black homosexual or an asian homosexual, but the refusal to do business with them would be based on their lifestyle choice, the homosexual part and not their born with ethnic background.

well, what if the person that owns the business has a rule not to cater to homosexuals, and by your working there you are agreeing to abide by his rules.

This was about the state of California instilling more rights to one group and taking rights from another. You first made it about racial discrimination then gay rights. What happened to just plain rights of one group over another or can't your brain handle the simplicity?

Actually I guess it would. If you apply for a job you have a job description. If you accept the job based on the description then you HAVE to perform that job or quit.
