Actually, it's the corner of Great Mills and Shangri-La Drive. Willows doesn't start until further down the road after the Y.

No, it shouldn't happen AT ALL. :barf: I went there for a luncheon a couple of months ago. They were slow, rude, and the food was mediocre at best. It's a shame, because it used to be a really nice place and I really like to support local businesses.
