There has got to be something in our water.Maybe now that he will no longer be called a she, he will stop hissing when I go to pick him up. He has at least stopped trying to smack me (no claws) when I go to pick him up.
Each kitten had a definate change to their temperment (for the better) once Dymphna gave them a bath. The "girl" kitten, which we now know to be a boy and now named "Spots" since he has 2 faint gray spots, is now a very nice kitty. He no longer tries to convince me not to pick him up. Doesn't purr for me yet, but at least ne no longer hisses or smacks at me.
Both of the other 2 (Smudge and TBNL "To Be Named Later") purr and come to me in the bathroom looking for attention.
