The place at the 2/4 split is called Falcon Hobbies. I forgot about that place. However the last time I was in there they had mostly skater stuff. However they did have an execllent collection of plastic models now that I think about it.
There is also Bay Hobbies. They operate out of a glorified shed in a front yard off northbound 235, north of Oakville. No idea what they carry, but I think they do airplanes based on the small sign they have at the end of the driveway.
Sounds like a great business opportunity for someone if there are only 1 or 2 places in all of Southern MD. I wonder why they all go out of business though?
Not disparaging his building in my previous comment. Just stating that from the road (at 55 or so MPH) it looks like an amish built shed. Nothing wrong with using one as a basis to turn in to a shop. As well built as most of them are, it wouldn't take much.Actually his glorified shed was neat and solid.
