Horrendous wreck in Charlotte Hall

I am so very blessed
Aleksander Ivanchev is the guy that killed two innocent people yesterday in Charlotte Hall. He was on Dr. Phil a few years ago. He better hope God has his back now! My thoughts and prayers are with the two victims family

His Facebpok page is full of fake positivity and reflections. Too bad he is too selfish to fully know the damage and pain he has caused others.

Has anyone looked at his FB page? I guess I expected him to look like one of the trashy losers you see on the mug shots. Lots of family pics with his young boys. Case search shows them in the middle of custody hearings and violation of ex parte orders.

I wasn't looking for a vid of the event, don't care to watch it. Just thinking if there was a traffic cam that caught it, the police would have it and everyone could ignore those credible 'witnesses'.

That is if he lives. But I suspect that his insurance company might try to push it off as a defect to limit their liability and shift it to the manufacturer.

Normally systems/electronic/mechanical are designed when they fail shut to off or open so whatever is being done shuts off or bypasses to prevent that...
Normally, I would agree with that being the intent of the design, but abnormalities do crop up every now and then resulting in the unknown, right?

Pretty sure there's been no documented cases of such a failure mode in nature. Ford something with a melting part of the cruise control, and of course the Toyota debacle which all looks to have really been floor mats.
