posers cruising in front of the 2 screen Waldorf Movie theater .... [before the MALL]
I never knew there was a Central Ave Drive in
in those days, Hillside played XXX ... IIRC
the smaller cars we got as a result of high gas prices.
Def remember all those and you sir are correct i was thinking of the Hillside drive in, i don't think i actually ever went there. Also in Va. off of rte.1 there was one called the Mount Vernon Drive In i think.
that was a lucky guess ....
I never did go there ... I only know about it because I was passed through the area in the late 80's / early 90's
yes Rt 1 way down below Hybla Valley - I think it is a movie theater now
My High School Stomping grounds were Oxon Hill, Clinton, Waldorf, Piscataway, Accokeek .... Bryan's Road ....

Same here, but i think a little earlier than you, went to Potomac Sr. High School and lived in Birchwood City for my Senior Year. I think you may be approx. 10 years younger than me. When you and gf were cruising in the panel truck, i was working at PAX, NESEA, Indian Head NEOD, and Dahlgen.

Most, or a lot of, women don't like it in the backseat....
It's one of those "icky things".
You never dealt with bucket seats huh?...and why go for the back seat when you both are already in the front?
There's aftermarket window tint now; don't have to wait for the windows to get fogged up.....I'm guessingbut, my problem wasn't that, it was those pesky people who would stroll by. . .but after about 45 minutes the windows would be all fogged up even that wouldn't matter.

Any luck?
Wow... I stomped those grounds too.
Woohoo... Birchwood City brings back memories too. Many of my friends lived there in the day. I was over the line in SE/SW neighborhood. My first job was in Oxon Hill shopping center at Vals Hair Salon as a apprentice beautician.
Yes, I have hooked up with 48 women who found my phone number on the bathroom wall at the Olive Garden.
