I was hoping she would burst towards the judges screaming "I am NOT a singer! I am al queda and I have a bomb in my womb!"

And then the screen would go black.

Alas, the latest attempt at a 'novelty', a non-singing winner of a singing contest, was the only bomb.

Vrail and I are debating whether her acting was noteworthy or not.

The bad singers are only part of the show. The only reason they're really fun to watch is because Simon destroys them.

And it IS simon's show, and he's had great success with the 'recipe' so far..

Why do you see these bad acts anyways?? They have already auditioned, and they sent the really good, and the really bad to sing in front of the panel.. it's like WWE, it's all scripted..

Have you noticed even after these people are taken out and have their tyraids and what not, they're back for the music videos at the end? Sarah and Ian were both in the NY video... It's all PR.
