In Maryland- when a gang member has threatened a victim/witness into not testifying, it is a felony now. It's only a misdemeanor when a pervert threatens a child with harm. Why? Because our lawmakers didn't see threatening a child with harm as a felony last year at the general assembly but did see it as a felony when a gangbanger did it. They want to differentiate. Interesting.

I've confirmed that the incident happened at the same time as mine and the child had to be one of the ones living in the home with him.


All i can say is, membership has it's privledges

It's gets so much attention because it's as big as the state we live in and it's a unique ecosystem. We practically are the bay and it is Marylands job to take care of her. Hundreds of years of lives, money and history flow through those waters....

So, was the child old enough to speak up when this all came out? Or did the child only speak up recently? Why wasn't it known then that he was taking advantage of both children? Did that mother even question her child to see if it was possible he had gotten to them too?

I know you can't answer all of this but my gosh. How in the world can someone support a man for a crime he has done that also included her child and not have questioned or trusted her child.
