There are a ton of ways to evac that don't involve the interstate. That's the mistake most people make - doing what everyone else is doing.

Well, it just may be the end of that part of Florida as we know it. Some models are now predicting landfall as a Cat 4, and maintaining Cat 4 strength nearly to the east coast before moving out to sea. The phrase, "change the coastline" has been used a lot.

This is going to be an incredible storm. This time, the Feds have PLENTY of warning to get resources in place. If they fail to provide due to "no manpower" or "no funding" issues, the whole lot of them should be forcibly evicted from office and forced to live in the devastation area.
