I'm sorry, St. Mary's county hasn't solved a murder on it's own for 20 years.... Not impressed by their sexual predator arrest rate.
I believe in innocent until proven guilty, I'm just saying based on experience in these counties, when it comes to a sex crime, the people arrested are not arrested soley on the word of the victim. There is always other evidence.

Kain99, you really don't know what your talking about. Yes, St. Mary's does do sexual assault forensic examinations, they have specially trained nurses who are experts in this field.
Semen in the vaginal cavity only means a person has had sex. I am talking about evidence that a crime has occurred before an arrest is made.
You can belive what you want, but answer my question then. What teacher in since you said St. Mary's County has been arrested for sexual assault and not convicted?
So now this is going to be what the police do wrong? I don't know who is missing, but if we stay on topic, then I am certain I know I'm right about this.

I don't know the answer to that...I do know that a counselor at Chopticon was arrested a few years ago. Broke my heart. I trusted her with my daughters life. No idea what became of her.

I don't always have faith in the guilt or innocence of a case because of an arrest. But I will say this! When it comes to sex crimes....I am reasonbably certain that nobody is arrested without very clear evidence that the crime has been committed.
The counselor plead guilty to a lesser charge.
