After reading this I am glad I did not take my boys last night. If I were to got in there and they told me that they weren't doing the promotion I would of had a few choice of words. I am sure they probably heard it all night.. I know that there were tons of Ball player going there after the game. Hell one coach was going to buy the whole team scopes for the kids.. Wonder how that turn out?
This all the more reason I am praying for a Cold Stone Creamery to be coming to the new Lusby shopping center....

I know im a little late on the dairy queen conversation, but i know for a fact that DQ's are allowed in MD.
I have been going to the one in Cambridge since I was little. It is a free standing building with seating outside. We would go there when we visited my mom's side of the family.

Whining About Ice Cream
You're not whining about Ice-cream. You're whining about your "do good" intentions "NOT doing what you intended them to do". That's not your fault. National names work hard to get campaigns prepared and on-target for customers like you and your children. But... your experience is why consumers stop believing and taking part in promotions that National companies (like Baskin Robbins) work hard to promote. You would never go to a Chick Fil A and get that or a McDonalds or Wendy's or an independent ice-cream place. As much as you love the Incredible Community Minded service of Baskin Robbins, you may want to go to the Ice-cream place or Mountain Mudd on Solomons Island. They won't treat you like sour milk...
