Idiotic anti gun...

Do really think that the kind of person that intends to murder someone worries about what the law says about their gun ownership?

I know they don't but if you have the gun in your possession and you are having a heated arguement over "whatever" there is a greater chance you are going to shoot somebody than if you have to lunge at somebody and bash their brains in or look for a nearby rock etc. I met some felons I would never want to see have a gun again.

...know as an absolute fact. It is how I remember it. I guess I'll just have to go look it up seeings how my memory of the case is not good enough for you.

I have no "memory" of the case because I could give a #### about Sean Taylor. I'm only going by what the news people are reporting right this very minute now. And not a single one has indicated that the guy he beat up and threatened with a gun was actually the guy who stole his ATV.

Before I bother, if Shawn beat up and yelled at AND waved a gun in their general direction of the people who ACTUALLY stole from him, would it change your opinion or would it be a waste of my time
No because he still went after them long after the fact. In an emergency situation, you shoot first and I'm okay with that. When you come home to find your possessions gone, you call the cops - you don't pick up a gun and go after who you *think* is the perpetrator.

And you're not going to change your mind that this ATV person had it coming and Taylor was in the right, whether the guy actually stole the ATV or not.

So don't bother. It might put a cramp in your "defend Sean Taylor at all costs" mentality.

...nor have they said he went after some innocent bystander!!! Come on!
:lmao:

You are presuming he went after some innocent person for whatever reason. I'm just telling you, not guessing, telling you that I am pretty sure, as far as I DO remember, he went after the bad guys.

The news is saying that he *accused* this guy, Ryan Hill. Hill denies it and it was left at that.

I assume that, if Hill indeed stole the ATVs, there would be some charges filed against him, or an investigation or something. If there is, the news media hasn't felt inclined to mention it.

I think you people who are advocating gun rights for felons are crazy. It never in a million years occurred to me that Larry Gude would suddenly develop this affinity for criminals and gnash his teeth that they are denied rights.

Mike Farrell called and he wants his candles back.

Covering The Redskins: Sean Taylor Trial Update

there are 3 victims and 2 witnesses in the case against Taylor....all have varying criminal backgrounds. Four of the 5 have been arrested since the Taylor incident. Of the 3 alleged "victims", 2 (Ryan Hill and Maurice Williams) were arrested three weeks ago for stealing ATV's-same occurence which led to Taylor's alleged response on the day in question. Both have existing records, Williams for petty theft. The other victim (Julius Gardner) is currently on probation for battery on a police officer which happened the day after the Taylor incident. Both "witnesses" have made interesting life choices as well.....Xavier Gibbs., already on probation for assault, was arrested in November/'05 for stealing jewelry from a jewelry store. Terrence Randolph was arrested for loitering and prowling prior to the Taylor incident.

...how now brown cow???
