Sure you can. You should see what a 12 guage does to a head of lettuce
Never thought of salad for target practice.
That would be a bit tricky with the tomatos though.

Do really think that the kind of person that intends to murder someone worries about what the law says about their gun ownership?
...know as an absolute fact. It is how I remember it. I guess I'll just have to go look it up seeings how my memory of the case is not good enough for you.
No because he still went after them long after the fact. In an emergency situation, you shoot first and I'm okay with that. When you come home to find your possessions gone, you call the cops - you don't pick up a gun and go after who you *think* is the perpetrator. Before I bother, if Shawn beat up and yelled at AND waved a gun in their general direction of the people who ACTUALLY stole from him, would it change your opinion or would it be a waste of my time

...that but does that, should that exclude them from having a weapon in their home?
...puree anyone?
I have no "memory" of the case because I could give a #### about Sean Taylor. I'm only going by what the news people are reporting right this very minute now. And not a single one has indicated that the guy he beat up and threatened with a gun was actually the guy who stole his ATV.
I am pretty sure, as far as I DO remember, he went after the bad guys.
In a shocking turn of events, Sean Taylor has been arrested for the cold blooded murder of 11 Radishes.
Well, you better tell the police and the news media, because they're apparently not aware of that.
But what about a potato gun?
No, but the law looks at statistics and guns kill faster and more people at once.
The news is saying that he *accused* this guy, Ryan Hill. Hill denies it and it was left at that.
I assume that, if Hill indeed stole the ATVs, there would be some charges filed against him, or an investigation or something. If there is, the news media hasn't felt inclined to mention it.
there are 3 victims and 2 witnesses in the case against Taylor....all have varying criminal backgrounds. Four of the 5 have been arrested since the Taylor incident. Of the 3 alleged "victims", 2 (Ryan Hill and Maurice Williams) were arrested three weeks ago for stealing ATV's-same occurence which led to Taylor's alleged response on the day in question. Both have existing records, Williams for petty theft. The other victim (Julius Gardner) is currently on probation for battery on a police officer which happened the day after the Taylor incident. Both "witnesses" have made interesting life choices as well.....Xavier Gibbs., already on probation for assault, was arrested in November/'05 for stealing jewelry from a jewelry store. Terrence Randolph was arrested for loitering and prowling prior to the Taylor incident.
