It's always interesting to me when people are handed opportunities and they actively work to blow it.
It always puts them on my ****ing permanent crap list.
What it tells me about them is that they’re more interested in the prestige or attention and not the work.
I believe he just signed an executive order to that effect.
DC government is very happy with this.
