I don't know when you went to the Indigo Grill, but every restaurant I ate at this weekend was exceptionally slow after the hurricane. Think about it: they had to deal with coming up with fresh food after a power loss, some of their staff no doubt couldn't make it into work, and everybody was going out to eat, either because they lost power or because they simply needed to get out after the stress of the storm.
