Oh, err...

I'm imagining the Marquis News Channel. The morning schedule is all Republican-bashing. The evening schedule turns to Democrat-bashing. Then occasional comedy hours featuring forestal.

As long as it balances out in the end, right?

Woah... check out the commentary at the bottom of THIS ARTICLE ...:shocking:

The war as seen through the eyes of 2LT Mark Daily, KIA (Iraq) January 15, 2007 ... and otheres... an interesting read indeed.

Excerpt:

The disunity and incipit sabotage committed against those country, is nauseating. The war is not lost, the cause is just and the recklessness is not at the behest of this administration. The war came about because of inaction against the suspects for 35 years, then calculated delay at seizing the direct evidence of not only WMD but complicity and direct involvement (funding, aiding, equipping, recruiting, sheltering safe haven, training, dispatching) terrorism against the United States of American and primarily Western Democracies.
I remind you that Mohammed Atta was an Iraqi Intelligence Officer....find out for yourself on a Google search what terrorist attack he orchestrated with terrorists who were engineers by profession. A terrorist incident, one of many during the 1990s that were never adequately responded to by this country's President and Secretary os State at the time.

This is nothing short of criminal negligence and malfeasance in office.

I volunteered for and deployed to Bagdad, and I have lost three friends, one in the Nairobi, Kenya bombing and two in Baghdad.

The Washington Mall was trampled this weekend by co-conspirators our beloved country's liquidation. Cowards and co-conspirators.

Would feature live international news, on location reports from the ground. And there'd be a very nice primetime:

A show featuring the top stories and most viewed video clips and blog articles. I'd call this "Connected."

One politics show anchored by one liberal and one conservative.

An on location program spotlighting the big stories.

If you hate Fox Noise Channel so much why do you link most of your stories from them?

Right wing George Bush suckup propoganda...

They never mentioned how this was an attempt to kill the grand Iyatolah al-Sistani. They also said this attack leaves Iraq "on the brink of civil war."

Um, this is a civil war because Keith Olbermann said so...

That's what YouTube's fore :yay:

There's so much of Keith Olbermann I can stand. MSNBC tried airing his program as a morning news show for several months - I didn't like that so much. I haven't got the stomach for a Keith Olbermann Special Comment that early in the morning. I can stand Scarborough that early, or Amy Robach.

This guy is a blithering idiot; he's too stupid to be in our military.

In the months following the September 11th attacks, officials at the Czech Interior Ministry asserted that Atta made a trip to Prague on 8 April 2001 to meet with an Iraqi intelligence agent named Ahmed Khalil Ibrahim Samir al-Ani.

Changing course from their earlier attempts at outright denial, 9/11 Commission members are now telling a revised story. Felzenberg now contends that no reference to Able Danger’s findings were incorporated into the Commission’s final report because it was “[url="http://www.boston.com/news/nation/washington/articles/2005/08/11/911_commission_wants_atta_claims_pursued/"]not consistent with what the Commission knew about Mohamed Atta’s whereabouts before the attacks.” In short, the Commission believes that Atta was not in Prague on April 9, 2001 but rather in Florida – basing this assertion on records showing that Atta’s cell phone was used in Florida that day. No proof exists, however, that Atta was the one actually using the cell phone.

First of all, no we haven't won yet. But much to your dismay we also haven't lost.

D-Day 6603 American Casualties in a single day
Iwo Jima 6891 American deaths
Total from WWII 408306 American deaths
Korean War 54246 American deaths
Viet Nam 58219 american deaths

So what's our point here Forest? People die in wars. Comparatively, as far as that goes, the significantly low death rate can be marked as a success. But your (and the rest of your liberal friends out there) obsession with body counts will only allow you to see doom and gloom and negativity.

If we can engage more major co0mbat like we did Sunday, there's a good chance we can leave Iraq soon.

Enemy = 200+ killed
US = 2 killed.

That's pretty damn good.

I am pretty sure since we started out kill ratio is much higher than 100:1. Why does Sunday's 100:1 make it such a leap forward?

It's a sign that we can wage war with these people. The right leadership and the right special ops can take out any number of unorganized insurg... terrorists.
