He seems to be able to speak well about his border plans, pulling multiple threads/thoughts together in his answers. Plainly not the case for some of the other topics like the filibuster where he tripped up repeatedly.
This is the first time I have watched him speak other than in a news snippet since he was a VP. Maybe he is having a good day, but he seems more or less together.

Anyone notice he said conditions must be horrible for mother's to send their unaccompanied children thousands of miles to cross the border. But then said after we find a child has a mother at home we will send them back to her?
Yes. I thought I heard that they found her in the US, but all that double speak was hard to follow.

Hard to say what kind of medications they juiced him up on to get him through this, even harder to say is when we will se him again for another news conference. Of course it looked like he was reading the answers, because he was. Does anyone think those questions were not given in advance? And he wasn't about to ask Doocy if he had a question, he may be senile , but he isn't crazy

The questions were prepared beforehand, along with who would ask them. His answers were in his notes and he still screwed them up....whatever...There was no way in hell that Doocy or any other conservative reporter was gonna get called on for a question. That POS was installed by a totally corrupt political party and, as they usually do, they will eat their own and we will have a President Harris shortly.
He’s probably not reading the answers, but it’s not as embarrassing as showing the world that you’re listening to the voices in your head.
