I do... I just havn't been following this case or even know what exact court its in so far. :ohwell:

I will not be able to go next week, I will be suffering from death.

I cannot go out with Tonio tonight, because I have a case of death.

Dems, any defense lawyer worth their salt will file an appeal ASAP after a guilty verdict and sentencing. I think in Maryland an appeal is automatic, don't know about California.

I wish we still barbecued them.... it would be much more entertaining. Now they just get put to sleep. Hell, I can do that to the neighbors dog anytime I want for much less wait time.

And Ken... I wouldn't be too much on California letting anyone go...

I would imagine that translates to they just sit them there in a hold pattern for a very long time... until they die of boredom or get gassed.

he has enough appeals to were he can live for at least 18 more years

Who said anything about him being let go? I just expect it will be one hell of a long time before the sentence gets carried out.
