The skis were a gift from a client, I got the wrestling tickets free through my work, and my mother paid for our plane tickets.

This is the perception issue I talked about. For some reason the Nc who pays gets the idea that if it were not for the CS you would be starving and watching a 13 inch black and white tv with foil on the rabbit ears.

I think the major issue that responsible parents have is that there is no accountability for the child support funds they are providing.

CS is ordered in the amount of X, period. No feedback on how the money is spent, no receipts necessary, no tracking of any kind.

Nobody is forcing you to live thousands of miles away from your child. Get your daughter her own cell phone and call her when you want to talk to her. Write your daughter letters, exchange emails or IM's.

The courts assume that the C parent is responsible enough to put the money where it belongs! Many do. Other parents take advantage of the system. Whats new?

I really fail to see how 800$ a month can cover all those things he listed for his daughter, plus a new car, plus new furniture etc.....give me a break. I pay over 800$ a month just for daycare, toothpaste, and snot rags a month
