Justice for Tank

Last week a yr old pitbull(mix) puppy was shot down in cold blood, 150 feet from a day care center in Ridge. The person who shot the dog then posted photos and bragged about killing the pup on facebook. A group has now been organized on facebook to seek justice for the family pet.

There's is a petition to have a man who shot and killed a little girls puppy legally charged with the crime. Not only did he murder the families dog... then he posted pictures of the dog while holding his gun by its head on facebook-- and bragged about his kill Please everyone go to the link and sign the petition

What a sicko! I do have to add that the pup shouldn't have been allowed to run free. I know dogs get out all the time, but Pit Bulls seem to be the target of choice. I would love to see this man go to Jail for what he did. I don't have FB.

I'd like to see him banned from owning a gun the rest of his life for starters. He's a convicted felon. He shouldn't have any.

Why was the dog repeatedly allowed to go on to another person's property? Why wasn't he contained on the dog-owner's property?

The owners are saying the dog got loose. Others are saying the dog got loose also and he wasn't a problem dog or aggressive. Whether he's charged for killing the dog or not, I would think he would have charges about even being in possession of firearms if he's on probation. Also, shooting out in the yard with a home day care right at the house next door.

as long as the owners are also charged with allowing an animal to run free. I think they should ALL be charged with something, or nobody charged for anything. :shrug:

They say they didn't allow the dog to run free. The dog accidently got loose. The outcome of this will be interesting.

Wonder how the dog got shot on his side, if he supposedly charged this dude.

They shocked me, thats why I put it in. Starts off with cute pics of the child and dog. They should have put a warning in, thats not right.
