With all the sh*theads who get off scot free in this county, wouldn't it be a scream if they'd have thrown the book at this guy for shooting a dog? Rape? Rob? Murder? No problem! But you better not hurt an animal....

Apparently the Justice for Tank FB page has a new moderator who appears to be relatively sane. So that's good news.

People really do seem to get off easy in this area. I'm all jaded anymore and no longer surprised. I'll consider it real news when punishments start to fit their crimes.
