He's probably a woman and child beater too. If you'd hurt an animal, especially someone's pet, you'd do it to a human too. The poor pup got loose, it can happen to anybody, how would you feel if it was your dog who you usually have control over, but, for some reason, it got loose and then your neighbor, of all people, shot it to death.
I thought there was some type of law about shooting a gun in a residential area, especially with a child care center next to him. What a complete waste of air.

Why not start a petition on WhiteHouse.gov as well? Seems like we have to have a petition for every thing these days and you know Obama is always on the lookout for a cause to take focus off his real world failures.
