Whats wrong with a place that sells food? In a previous post someone said they will evetually sell health foods. What is the problem with that?

I don't have a problem with it per se, but I think it's a poor choice of business.

its not about opening a small business, its about openning a smart small business... selling filtered water is a stupid idea... now if he had openned the healthy food store first, maybe it wouldn't flop... but he took a bad business decision...

That water shop makes about as much sense as opening a bar that only sells non alcaholic beer.

If I wanted to buy bottled water I would go to the grocery store next door or call Deerpark and have it delivered to my door.

Have you actually been? I know this is a far cry from Beverly Hills, CA but they have places like this all over that city. I think next to a gym (not to give the gym competition) is a great idea not to mention we need businesses that will bring up the style in the community. If they will have poetry night I am all for it.
