Sex and love are nothing more than feelings...
Thats just your opinion and nothing more, look around when your in church next sunday, one in four women have had an abortion and there are a few gay men and women there, along with many different lifestyles. If you dont think so, you are only fooling yourself.
Meanwhile, Captain Crunch's full name is Horatio Magellan Crunch. That has as much to do with the subject as church and abortion.
Sex is not a feeling, it's an act. What gives the act meaning (turning it into a feeling, I suppose) is the love and commitment. Otherwise, as your friends show, it's just an act of bodily functions like shitting.
While it's true that one of the many differences between heterosexuality and homosexuality is the percentage of people in committed relationships, I still think that those homosexuals in committed relationships believe in being in a committed relationship. Indeed, before AIDS, about
82% of homosexual men were NOT monogamous. AFTER AIDS, that went to 50%. More recently - probably due to registering their relationships with the government - the percentage in non-monogamous relationships is down closer to 10%. But, the 50% that are (the rest are single) in relationships that are attempting to be monogamous I would bet agree that sex and love go hand in hand for each to mean something.
Now, you can argue that the couples physically unable to consummate their relationships may have a different story, but those are certainly different circumstances.
