KFC in Prince Frederick

KFC in Prince Frederick seems poorly managed. Whenever I go there, they either are out of chicken or they mix up my order. During my most recent visit, I ordered a regular 10-pc. pack of original chicken (breasts, thighs, wings, legs) and a 10-pc. pack of crispy chicken consisting of all legs and thighs, which they had advertised for a special price. Well, they gave me (2) 10-pcs. all legs and thighs and all crispy. That is why I rarely go to that place unless my family has a taste for fried chicken and don't feel like travelling to Roy Rogers or Popeyes.

For a long time there was a sign near the Subway in PF that said a Popeyes was coming soon. Never happened and I never found out why. That would have been great. Popeyes is way better than KFC.

I am ok with the choices we have, it's the quality of the management of the establishments that blows.......I'm sure it's not all the managers at those two vendors, just the ones on the shifts at the times I would visit.

I won't go to that KFC, the chicken is horrible. I go to Golden Chicken. The one in Lusby is great.

:yay: There is no comparison between KFC and Golden Chicken - GC is far better. In 5 years I have never had poor service, either.

I love fried chicken, but we only eat it once in a while, because we just don't eat a lot of fried foods. I usually only buy the chicken and then come home and make my own sides. It's much less fattening, less salt, etc.

According to your post, the people that work at KFC have demonstrated this to you that they are generally idiots on numerous occasions.

Watch them when they fill your order and check it before you leave.

... and just for fun, give them the odd pennies after they have rung up your order.

Well sometimes, Toppick, we do not want to fry our own. We want to exercise our right as Americans to have someone else fry it for us.

True....... then take it up with the proprieters of the franchise, rather than biatch on a public forum...just saying....

Fry your own.....

I rarely fry anything. Since I don't do it very often, I'm not a good fryer.

If I go to patronize a business which employs people who act like idiots while serving me and/or the service is poor - I will tell everyone I know about it. The public forum gives me a chance to voice an opinion and reach more people so others will be able to make informed choices.

I try to make it a habit to look at my food first before I leave a fast food joint, then just that one time when you don't, bam they got you again :shocking:
