Sure is, but the facts remain that he was attacked by a suicidal man. And then by a violent one who attacked with a deadly weapon. And then by a man who was drawing a pistol. The criminal trial met any burdan of proof that was required, the thing that kept him from being convicted was that no laws were broken. He did everything that was claimed, it was clear as day, it was just nothing he did was a crime.
