A couple of nights ago, maybe Friday, the Assignment Discovery channel ran a documentary on the Freemason Society, a highly secretive sect, whose members are groomed for seats of power, hence influence. Globally.

Seems, according to the program, that the torch in the old girls' upstretched hand means something different than what we have been told all these years.

It is a symbol of the Freemasons, and represents or suggests that they hold power and are active in this country.

If I remember correctly, the Freemasons got their start in France.

Anybody else watch the same show I did?

That wasn't the first documentary I'd seen on the Freemasons, and..........
I don't know how much credence to put into the beliefs some of these people who have written about them.

Seems too sinister for me, there's any number of secret societies out there; does that mean they too shape and mold the very ideas, thoughts and means in which we live our lives?

Still, one compelling symbol they keep returning to is the truncated Pyramid with the "all-seeing" eye at the top of the pyramid............... and it can be found on the back of a dollar bill.

In latin on the bottom of the symbol, it translates to "A New World Order". Where have we heard that before?

Is there something to this?

Actually, that's not true. The REAL words are "à nuit coptis", which is French for "the night has helicopters", a reference to the black helicopters that aliens send to keep an eye on us.

Like I said, I didn't know how much credence to put into all this talk of conspiracy, so now I can give it a lot less.(or none)

The only latin I could decipher was the "Novus Ordo....", and that sounded a lot like "New Order.....", the documentary on Discovery distorted the translation, so when I took out a dollar and saw that, I said Damn! So again, thanks.
