Don't you think that if this is called "Hometown Wedding" they would have picked more places in St. Mary's then just St. Mary's City?

Hello to all,

Have not talked with Mark and Sarah about their choice.

But a HOMETOWN wedding needs to be in their HOMETOWN, in my oppinion.

I do know Mark and Sarah want to be on the water and did not have a lot of input into where they could go.

Vote for St. Mary's College if you want this to be a true Hometown Wedding.

Agreed and done. There was a huge push by local business and government to vote for Mark and Sarah in hopes of the "free promotion" of St Mary's County. Although the other choices are lovely - they are not in St. Mary's.

:yeahthat: The other three choices shouldn't even be considered! These guys are from St Marys and should get married in St Marys. If I were a relative and the wedding was two hrs away, I wouldn't be going!

Crap......when all is said and done, I'll bet they get merchandise and a honeymoon that are worth tens of thousands of dollars, not to mention the novelty of getting to participate in something that really is pretty damn cool.
