235 is awful, no other way around than that. I never give directions to "outsiders" that takes them through it. But my other complaint is the quality of establishments. 25 fast food stores and cruddy chain restaraunts, that people get excited for. Really, life in So Md is going to improve because of a Longhorn Steakhouse? Red Robins are the best place for dinner? Cracker Barrell rocks? They all suck.

My daughhter made me so proud the other day. I asked her where she wanted to go for dinner and she replied, Clarke's Landing.

I almost cried :bawl:

My only gripe is how they did it, why does every store need a light.

Ever been to Fredericksburg VA? There is a HUGE shopping area there called Central Park right off I-95 and there is only one light off the main road into the place, sure you can't see every store from the main road but there is no congestion because of it. There are probably more stores and resturants in this one developement than in all of St marys county.

Yes, I cringe every time I have to drive though that endless section of businesses on Rte 3.

Ah someone that must have a vested interested in a $hitty mom and pop resturant.

Are you familiar with central park? Fredericksburg probably realized their mistakes of the past and put a large shopping complex out of the way.
