1% is the hard ass biker that choses the lifestyle and riding over all else. Lifestyle being drinking, drugs, partying.. job family and all else come second. Usually a nomad on a bike with an arrest record as long as your arm, going from town to to town finding ways to make enough money to support his partying lifestyle.

I did. Even got detoured down a muddy dirt road, then a dusty gravel road, then on to fresh still steaming black top road. And that was AFTER being turned around to GO that way by a tree trimming crew on my usual route.

I arrived in work with mud on my pants and rocks in my shorts. nice day for a ride though.

Dunno another name for the little things that were bouncin off the back of my helmet and neck and rolling down the back of my shirt. Some I'm sure had the lucky leap direct shot to the plumbers crack. :shrug:

Pretty much correct. Not necessarly the lone nomad though. The club is your family and family comes first. How the club finances it's operations, club house, runs etc. is where the 1%er designation comes in. If it's poker runs, bike washes and bake sales, odds are they aren't a 1% club.
Very few clubs will allow a female to become a member (patch holder).
