I lost another 3 pounds. That's 9 so far. The bloat feeling is gone! Now here comes the hard part. The first 10 easy always easy. That's basically just water.
For the month of January I lost a total of 14 pounds! from 178 to 164.

20 pounds from January 1 as of today.
I've worked carbs back in a bit more freely and have a total bender once in awhile including last Sunday when the Evil Girl Scout Monster forced THREE BOXES on me including two Samoas and a new berry something they have that is pretty good. Felt like HELL Monday.
But, right back to the meats and eggs and cheeses most of the week, a little bread, some tortillas and, man, it keeps working off, slow and steady.
Out for beer and pizza with pals to celebrate.
