Turkey BLT with Gouda, potato chips and pickles with a iced tea.

Another experiment, taken from YouTube.

Grill a hot dog until fully cooked. While it's grilling, put a good amount of shredded cheese in a hot dog bun. Put the cooked hot dog on top, add more cheese, pack it down. Put the bun and dog open-side-down on a buttered hot griddle. Grill until the cheese is melted and crispy on the edges. Turn it over, grill the opposite side of the bun.

Really good, but I think next time it needs a slice or two of bacon.

Had a nice late lunch at Ruddy Duck. Fried oysters, a small salad and seafood flatbread. I took a piece of orange cheesecake home for desert. Seafood flatbread was "the bomb".

Smoked deer loin and a rack of ribs I put down a good amount (8) of 10 ounce Budweisers while waiting for them to be done
