thin sliced Tennessee salt cured country ham on locally baked cheesy sourdough bread. Oh yeah....that works.

In case anyone was wondering.....4 days elapsed between the first picture and slices in the sammich. Two days soaking...a good scrub down..almost a full day at just below a boil...and sliced the next day on meat slicer after ham was refrigerated. The ham melts in your mouth.

(Except the 13 yr old boy. He ate all of his and finished the rest.)

I found that to be ridiculous. Never again.

Just sneakin' around....
It would have been 55 at Five Guys, their prices suck.
Probably more. I paid just shy of $25 for myself. These days I only go there to get an order of fries when I have a hankering for breakfast home fries. $7 for a large, which is an overloaded almost full bag large.

Ruccis (2) steak n cheese subs (1) freedom fry order 41.00 WTF and those subs are not the best and the cheese smell is overwhelming..
But Today(Sunday) I will be trying out the rotisserie for the Weber gas grill with a Boston Butt
