as dumb as I think those danglies are...Can we PLEASE stop banning every little thing that isn't accepted by EVERYONE?
but this brings up an interesting thing i've discussed with some people. Is it illegal to play the audio from pornography loud enough for other people to hear (say while you're driving down the road)? Lets say that hypothetically there is no video, but people can hear it...what action would be taken against you?

Because even though the article is about a VA bill, After reading that he was a Chessy lawmaker, I had it in my head that it was a Maryland Bill. :shrug:

Someone castrated my brother in laws truck a few years ago.
This is just ridiculous! These testicles hang from bulls naturally and in plain sight. What's next, castrate the bulls or have them wear diapers so the sensitive doesn't have to see them? Shoot, then they should ban National Geographic shows showing the animals mating, foer they may offend some people. People need to grow up!

I think the balls are tacky but these vehicles are owned by the owners, not the government. You ever get behind a vehicle with tons of religious bumper stickers and think, OMG, it is a Jim Jones type?
