Breaks up chunks (clots) of blood from your uterus and makes them expell from your vagina. Happy you asked? Haven't changed your mind about having kids, have you?

The RN's usually push on your stomach after a vaginal delivery. It helps eliminate anything in the uterus and it hurts like a mo' fo. C-sectioners don't have to worry about it.

Aren't you glad that you weren't there when the nurses came in? You saw how rough I looked. It's not all pretty. Hell, other than the baby itself, it's all ugly. FROM START TO FINISH!!!!!!

It isn't.

Just remember to massage your stomach throughout the day as the nurse shows you and it won't be painful. Well, at least for me it wasn't.

Of course not. It's a public show and they're going to sugar coat it all. Be prepared for the worst pain of you life. Be prepared to have who knows what come out of your body. :huggy:

You had mean nurses then. That didn't happen to me with either child and if it was going to happen, it would have with child #1 being born in a Navy Hospital.
