They live in the middle of 29 acres which mean no one is really close to them. They are protected by the Secret Service which means additional protection for the neighborhood,I doubt they socialize with the neighbors since they think they are better than the neighbors, they don't have any old cars parked on the streets and the Government probably has the Secret Service cutting their lawn.

I think it's a lack of responsibility and sense of entitlement that leads to believing everything should be given to you/done for you. The more you excuse the lack of responsibility by reinforcing the "Yeah, It's social class" myth, the more you validate it. The democrats encourage this by excusing the lack of responsibility, which strengthens the sense of entitlement.
