@spr1975wshs you are so incredibly patient!!! As @Louise said, you are a true Cat Whisperer!
Earlier today, when I knelt down to pet Phoenix, she stretched up and touched her nose to mine.
Quick stop...Phoenix came out to play while I was watching, got an actual photo instead of a screen capture.

She did this again last night, about 2 hours after I tucked in and was reaching down to pet and scritch her for about 10 minutes.Camera also saw her either looking up or resting her forepaws on the edge of the bed to see if I was paying attention to her being out. Seems like she is starting to seek out contact.![]()
Baby steps...Just before I lay down, Phoenix let me pick her up.
It lasted just a couple minutes, but we'll take the small win.
It comes having been oldest, both of my siblings and my 19 1st cousins, and having well over 50 2nd cousins within 20 miles.Baby steps...
You're patience with her is admirable.
Dealing with all those AF E1 thru E3's huh?It comes having been oldest, both of my siblings and my 19 1st cousins, and having well over 50 2nd cousins within 20 miles.
I was also a youth counselor in a USAF childcare center, before and after school program.
Also, I used to spend most all day during deer season up in a treestand.
But, the little critters are individuals and you do have to take time to get to know them.
Well played Sir, point goes to you.Dealing with all those AF E1 thru E3's huh?![]()
