Sounds like the people in the neighborhood need to take control of their own neighborhood. You can't depend on the cops or someone else to keep a neighborhood nice and decent, it takes neighbors who actually care and will do something about it.

Make the schools/city change the laws pertaining to the use of the playgrounds. Have an age limit of who can use them and who can't, make them off limits after dark.. AND than the neighbors can video, take pictures, and call in miscreants for trespassing.

Police your own neighbohoods, the cops won't and can't!

I went yesterday to the one in LaPlata......got me some friend chicken...Dark meat too. Don't like extra crispy though but looking at my hands.....oh SHEEEIIIITTTTT....why didnt someone tell me too!!!!!! :lmao:

Don't quote me but I do believe there is a sign no one allowed after dusk. You are absolutely right but the parents are just as bad as the kids anymore. Too busy working to buy the luxuries of life instead of teaching their children how to act. 4 people on the PTA....that tells you something.

As inexpensive as it is now, I don't understand why they don't have video surveillance on places like this. You find graffiti and rewind the tape find out who did it and when. Just use a better quality than what the banks use, most times you can barely tell it was a human when you watch the bank video.

Unfortunately, video cameras won't deter crime. Families who care about and are aware of their surroundings will. It's just that everyone is "too busy" and no one wants to take that responsibility anymore and it's sad.

and when you see a group of under 18 year olds doing this, the over 18 year old should do what?
I mean, honestly, what can the over 18 year old do without getting arrested for messing with a minor?

kids are free to do as they wish. you cant touch them if anyone is looking.
