Why would it be a nightmare?
Do you actually think underage girls won't be able to get their hands on them? I for one, would not want a bunch of young girls taking these pills without the instruction and supervision of a physician. BESIDES...these days getting pregnant is the last thing women need to be worried about with AIDS and all of the other STD's. Ummm....can you condoms??? I'm not say they should or shouldn't be made available...BUT definately not OVER THE COUNTER.

But it's ok for 14 yr old to get pregent. Because that's better then them taking a pill?

Whats more important? Worrying about getting a STD or worrying about getting pregnant?

This is not a good move for younger generation...

You gonna have uneducated girls taking these pills thinking they can get rid of just about anything including heartbreak. You'll have girls buying it when its already too late to use them. ...I see no benefit in this at all.

Exactly my point...I think that it should stay a prescription medicine and leave that treatment up to their doctor and the patient.

I agree! And i hate the name of this pill "the morning after"

You mean the minute after?? How many of these girls are actually in relationships to use this pill?? Doesn't teach anything about responsibility.

Well I guess we will just have to agree to disagree, because I think it's better than a bunch of young girls running around pregent and living off of welfare. using my tax dollars to get a free ride.

Ok...so let's think about thins for a minute. If you're referring to a low income society...well do you think they are going BUY the over the counter pills :killingme Uhhh....NO. AND if the medicine is available over the counter then federal programs such as medicaid will NOT pay for it. Back to square one.
