Morning-after pill to be available without prescription

Our government has butted in and become an enabler for too long. It cannot be fixed, we will continue to spiral down until the USA ceases to exist, then civil war and we will break into small European sized countries.

Mexico will take over before that

I'm curious if you can think of any plausible solutions to these societal ill's. I'm not trying to be a smartass (for once) just interested in what you might suggest, if anything.

Well, "plausible" is the kicker. The problem is that our government and media want to sedate the masses, and the masses want to BE sedated. So it's easy for someone like me to say, "Eat your broccoli, it's good for you," but if the people doling out the food make broccoli hard to get and Twinkies readily available AND the majority of the people prefer Twinkies to broccoli anyway...

I don't understand why this is an issue... Doesn't it go back to personal responsibility? Why should the public, the government or the pharmacist care if an individual choses to purchase a $30 high-risk pill for personal reasons?

Society should learn to accept all of the twinkie-bumpers out there. We know they won't need the morning after pill.
