I rode my 650 for over 5 years and it was my baby.. but i was way overdue for something bigger..

So it's not really the size a girl is, it's getting comfortable with riding?

I thought women were always searching for ways to get firmer and harder tails..

Mine is firm enough, I figured I'd go with a softtail this time

Not to funny but I see alot of women ride bikes that are much bigger (softtail, etc.) however my other half always say but honey they are bigger than you.

Remember: A bike is only heavy, when ya gotta pick it up.

Learn to ridem then get the softail. When you go for that first ride by yourself, you'll understand. It's not as easy or as natural as non-riding people think, which is why so many new riders get hurt/killed every year. A seasoned rider is the smart rider.

Well, i've seen some little girls on big bikes and they've done just fine.. i've also seen the heavier girls on little bikes and thought "damn, that poor bike"..LOL My problem is that i'm short.. but, i'll try to sit on anything!!

Well, if anyone is bigger then their bike, they need to think about dieting.. besides, size isn't a big deal until you drop it and have to pick it up!!

You might want to try it before buying it, lie it on it's side and see if you can right it. No matter what you do, expect to put the bike on it's side a few times.

Just go up to Atlantic and kick the one on the end. You'll get to try picking up a lot of bikes.

All hype, that Sportster has depreciated 50% in 13 years. That is unbelivevable. Name another bike that would be worth 50% of its selling price in 13 years, that is assuming it listed for $6,995 in 1993 which I doubt. Take APS's brand spankin new V Strom, blue book on his brand new bike is $7700, retail is $9,000 it has deprciated 15% already in less than 2 months. Maybe my 2004 FLHRCI is worse? Nope, original list is $17,895 and average blue book is $ 16,310 that is 9% in 2 years. I have to agree with the Harley haters, that holding its value is all hype. :roflmao

Gee, I could still almost get 2 of mine brand new for what yours sells for used. It ain't an investment.
