I'm not a big fan of movies that try to wring tears out of you. They're too obvious. What will get me is something that's not necessarily meant to be sad, but comes across as subtly poignant instead. Like some smooshy breakup song makes me go but I cry every time I hear Better Than Ezra's Good.

Go figure.

I refuse to watch ANY movie with a dog in it. I broke my rule to watch my dog skip and not only did the ****ing dog die once, he died twice. Never again. I cried for evers.

I don't like tear jerkers but stepmom, return to me (when he falls on the floor with the..you guessed it.. DOG, I bawl) and 7 pounds all made me cry. I hate that.

I'm a movie/tv show cryer. I cry at so much of it, but not big sobs, just tears.

I agree with the Notebook and Beaches. I would also add My Girl, the Lion King and Lilo and Stitch.

Stitch: This is my family. I found it, all on my own. Is little, and broken, but still good. Yeah, still good.

That's a tough movie to watch. I want a jelly fish in an aquarium though... sooooo cool!!

If you want a real tearjerker, watch Madame X, with Lana Turner. If you dont cry at the end your dead. Also, Imitation of Life, also with Lana Turner and Sandra Dee. All the Lassie Come Home movies, Ole Yeller, Love Story, just to name a few.

I hate that movie so freeeeekin' much that I bawl and whine everytime that gophette insists on watching it. It seems like one channel or another on DirecTV has it on at least once every two weeks.
