wow the neighbor stole the ladder.. Do they have a drinking problem? that's like the dumbest ever...
I think you should inventory your shed and be insurance ready because who knows if they'll burn it down or break in.

it's not like we are friendly either as we are NOT. I have called the fire department on them for shooting off fireworks and burning trash near my wood barn which is a Southern MD treasure as a former tobacco barn. The cops showed up once and the neighbor said he was showing his son how to roast marshmallows - Yeah right buddy with burning trash that is sending toxic fumes into my barn? Try again. They are back to having 11 cars parked there as they did before when they were running a boarding house. Now they seem to be dividing the house into 3 separate residences with separate entrances hmmm. The owner of the house doesn't even live in this Country.
