I recall posting sorry about your cat and also gave them karma.
In the real world, if someone is upset, sending them a green square doesn't make it right. Just for future reference. :yay:

Ok well in the internet world, since I don't know the poster, I sent a green square.

Thanks for the red square, looks good with green

:yay: All I see is pitbull, dog could have been used instead. IMO

Well it was a pittbull. A very large one. I don't hate the breed I love all dogs. It wouldn't have mattered if it was a beagle no matter what it killed my cat and the owners don't care.

And I apologize for my statements that were rude!

no problem. I know pittbulls have bad reps. Its probably because of owners like the one I'm dealing with. Shoot I had a part beagle part mutt that was mean so I'm not blaming any breed.

Sorry about the owners. It is a shame that people can't admit to what they do wrong.

I have doves that nest in my yard and last year a damn cat killed the babys after they hatched, so no sympathy for cat owners that let their little darlings out to kill the native fauna.

Cats do what cats do. We have cats who are indoor/outdoor. We have a cat door in our kitchen so they can come in when they are cold or scared. :huggy: I was most shocked when my neighbor told us that she had her dog chase our cats when they came into her yard (I didn't even know they were visiting) and scared away her(?) birds. :yikes: The way we remedied the situation was to put dozens of bird feeders in our yard so our cats stay home and watch our birds. Reality is they do not kill the birds, they watch the birds. If they want to eat they come in the cat door and eat from the 20 lb. container of food waiting for them. :flowers: You'd have to meet my cats to understand they would not eat raw meat for any reason. :lmao: My point is, I can't believe anyone would think it was a good thing to have a 70-80 lb. dog chase a 10-20 lb. cat. :smack:

Yeah why waste their energy trying to catch a bird when they can come in and eat can food with no problem. Sammy loved can food if you gave him dry food he would only eat it if he was extra hungry otherwise he turned his nose up at it. He was a trip. All the neighborhood kids loved him they would get down to his level and he would head butt them. He was just really the sweetest cat. He wouldn't sit in your lap but he did love to be petted. I really miss him and I especially feel bad about how he died.

Oh my I am so sorry for the tragic loss of your family member. I can sympathize & I do feel your rage. We had something similiar happen to our indoor cat, he decided to bolt out the door and explore the great wonders. He made it back to the door, but with him not being street smart, his throat was ripped open by another cat, he hung on for a month before finally dieing from kidney and other organ failures due to the medicines and stress of the injury.
For the dog owner who saw the dog drag the cat into their yard and the neighbor who said, oh yeah we saw him attack your cat. SHAME ON THEM!
I am sorry I love dogs but this one would be a marked dog sporting a nice target on its head. If animal control won't do anything it's time for the neighbors to do something.
In our new neighborhood there was a case of an unclaimed dog going through a doggie door and ripping up two small dogs in their own garage. Animal control, nothing we can do to trap him. Well neighbors got together and the threat is no longer.
I am so sorry for your hurt & pain he sounded like a great cat. :huggy:

When my new neighbors moved in next door last year (they have a now 3 year old daughter, who likes to play in her unfenced backyard) I walked over to let them know about the Chow.

He told me not to worry. He had a shotgun, and would use it.

It's kind of ironic how the Chow disappeared shortly thereafter.

Sheesh woman, wasn't the square of TP I passed under the stall at Catamarans enough for you?

Sheesh woman, you really were blitzed. I passed the square(s) to you. :lmao:

No, that was before I'd even had 2 drinks. I was the passer. I never enter a stall without first checking the TP status.

I am very sorry about your cat.

The neighbors across the street warned us not to have our pets wonder in their yard because their lab eats small animals. :ohwell: I never thought a lab would be capable of such behavior.
