:lmao: When I ride around and around the driveway, I DO notice areas that need to be tended to.

I am going to do some serious riding this spring/summer. Enough of the pussy footing around with it.

Ya I was! I was in a ReMax home with a supposed water view and a cottage to rent out behind it. I didn't see this water view, but then again maybe you need to be on the roof to see it.

It's probably water view if you stand in the middle of the road in front of the house :lmao:

If you keep on following the road on down, there is 2 or 3 more houses for sale down here.

Just beware of the realty company you use if you use one. Keller Willams has too many horror stories.

Town Creek rocks and was my neighborhood of choice :yay: There were a couple of awesome houses there a few weeks ago. Not sure if they've sold or not.

Were you under the bridge?
That was my old hood :yay: Don't you love it there? I thought I would mind the planes but I actually enjoyed them and missed them when I moved.

Take the left before the curve, third or fourth house on the left (I can't remember which). I had Little Kingston Creek behind me and the river in front of me. :yay:

Gotcha. They've built a few new homes back in there. They are sitting right on top of each other but they are pretty homes.

The house I lived in was rundown but I liked it. We had a lot of good times in that house, and it was nice to be by the water.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE it down here. Especially with most of my family in the hood. Doesn't get any better than this :yay: Well maybe a bigger banana box one day but until then, me and the mutts are happy as can be here.

Town Creek is a very nice established neighborhood. When we first moved here in 2000, we rented and then bought a home in the neighborhood a couple of years later. If your job is at Pax traffic is not that bad (although it's not great either) For the most part, it's quiet, yard tending, and considerate people.

There are of course the punk azz teenagers who squeal around in their rice machines....but I understand that's more prevalent in CRE. :lmao:

Cox's Run in Callaway is an awesome place with only 75 homes and most have 1.5 acres or more. Not sure if there is anything for sale in here or not...I'll have to take a ride around and see.

The Town Creek area is nice. Older homes, but established and lots of trees, not like the new areas they are putting in. Lots are 1/2 acre to an acre in most parts.

:yeahthat:

I love Town Creek, been living in TC for coming on 4 years now and can't see moving out any time soon. Too nice.

When thinking of your house make sure you think about the traffic. The bridge SUCKS some days due to people not knowing how to drive and one person can cause a 30 min. backup in no time.

Welcome to So MD.... :howdy:

I will try to look at town creek today before my flight home. I will be working in Lusby so I will need to cross the bridge but I think that will be alright. I need to make sure my girlfriend will be able to find a job too. It looks like there are more businesses down that way. I saw some office buildings on the way to that 5 guys burger place. Thanks for all the tips!

The clean house things was a shock to me too when I moved here. Not a single house was even close to what I would consider showable. It was ridicuous. And I think I wound up buying the trashiest of them all. It looks MUCH better now though. :yay:

Oh yea, Stoneys Rocks! Enjoy!!

I noticed that when we were house shopping, too. This one took the cake, though: House owned by hillbillies. Not rednecks, that I grew up around and am comfortable with, but straight up hillbillies. I think I remember banjo music in the background. Junk everywhere. And the kicker: both of their cats were named "######". :faint:

We did NOT buy that home.

Edit: The name was the N-word, in case that didn't make it through the censoring.
