Hey @Gilligan, got a question for ya since you are the local seer of all things water related and marine what not. Is the posted information in this picture of a newspaper actually even possible? If it is, why haven't we here in the US ever thought about doing the same thing?
Not meaning to hijack the thread, but didn't think it worthy of its own. Figured here was good enough since submarines are considered somewhat boats as well. : )
