I think the poster meant the OTHER side of Chipotle, which has seen some change in the last few days.Royal Farms I think is going there.
Saw awhile back a plan that showed the outline, it looked like it had a drive-up window but too large for a bank or fast food.I can't find any "news' as to what is going there - only that on the St John's Properties site it is referred to as Pad A.
Other images for the Home Depot just give an outline of the building, but no hints.

Lower left of image - lot of parking and building is bigger than Chipotle. Another restaurant? I don't know what is that small and needs that much parking.
Bringing back the drive thru liquor store? Cases of beer need big windows.Saw awhile back a plan that showed the outline, it looked like it had a drive-up window but too large for a bank or fast food.
Meant the building, not the windows.Bringing back the drive thru liquor store? Cases of beer need big windows.
I was thinking used car lot.Bringing back the drive thru liquor store? Cases of beer need big windows.
I saw a BayNet article that said Chipotle, Royal Farms - and a restaurant. Grant you, one thing 235 doesn't need is another freaking restaurant, especially one that is next to ones on either side and a few across the street. But the size of the layout suggests restaurant - and maybe a drive-through, so possibly another fast food?Saw awhile back a plan that showed the outline, it looked like it had a drive-up window but too large for a bank or fast food.
We don't need any of this! I've lost track of the Royal Farms going up. Car washes and all the other crap too. I used to love living in St. Mary's County. Sadly, not so much anymore.Great - of all the development ideas along 235 - we sure as hell don't need ANOTHER car dealership.
If I wanted to live in Waldorf I would have stayed there! We don't need any of this! I've lost track of the Royal Farms going up. Car washes and all the other crap too. I used to love living in St. Mary's County. Sadly, not so much anymore.
