NONE of us know the person who started it and they could just be a person that is never pleased.
Hey smile, did you miss this in the first post So far, I personally know of 10 people in the Aberdeen Estates, that are very upset about there new homes. That makes it 11 to 2, you lose.

You know never that could be a "major" embellishment on their part.

And everything you say is a 100% absolute, right?

Let the Dumb stick post her stupid sign! Then, Jim will have grounds to sue the fricking pants off of her!

Construction

There is always 2 sides to every story. The only problem is, by the time the builder gets to tell his story, it will be a year from now. You see that is how long it takes him to get back to you. I have a feeling that Kain99, is very close to this situation. In fact, I am positive that the Builder is reading this thread. The Truth Hurts!!! Seems now, I have 11 people in Aberdeen now that agree with me. If I went up and down the road, I just might have 20 or more. And I did talk to my Lawyer today, and guess what? It is OK, for me to make my sign......and, it is also Illegal for someone to take it down, since it will be on my property.....

A Homeowner needs to do something since the BBB and the Home Builders Association won't return my calls.....

Oh Geez! You can't be for real! I don't even know Jim...but I've met plenty of stupid rejects like you!

Please post your stupid sign! I'm sure "Your Lawyer" knows everything there is to know about Real Estate Law!

Crack a beer, paint... Your sign! Can't wait to see what happens Ding Dong!

Are there actually builders out there that don't let the buyer stop by?? I find that absolutely insane. Shiattttttttttttt, for the money I'm dropping for my house you're GD right I'm stopping by there almost daily - and I have a great builder who has no problem with that! They don't mind answering questions that I have and keeping me up to date with progress on a consistent basis. When the lockbox goes on she gives that code to the homeowner too, that way they can continue to take peeks at their leisure.

The fact that it has been raining has very little to do with the fact that this guy apparently is not communicating with the buyer.

I see your point, but not sure we clearly know whether or not the builder has been communicating this to the homebuyer - unless I missed a sentence or 2. For instance, I should have been in my house months ago, but due to the snow and rain I'm still waiting. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why - we have the common sense to know it's because of the weather, ya know?! There's nothing the builder could do about that, and we completely understand. Also, there are people in my neighborhood who moved in a few months ago and just recently got their yards cleared out, grass seed spread, and driveways finished up. They weren't fussing either, because they knew why.

That's too freakin funny, lauren. My MIL works for Liberty and I remember her saying something about this lady a time or two!

Oh yeah, it's a riot!! I hear the woman is a real fruitcake, though! I saw the car one day, and immediately called my friend who was working there at the time. She told me all about it, and how they had been going round and round with the woman!

If you drop by that is fine but if you look into a contract it says because of the insurance the builder cannot know that you are on the property. You can't fight this with me I have worked for a real estate lawyer.

My contract says that, too, but my builder still encourages the buyers to go over all the time and look around. They're so daggone nice  !
