"Legends" is the name of it. I've tried Googling them but can't produce anything. Does anything know if they have a website?

I can't find anything either. I pass it every day. I'll stop in on my way home and get info. I'm sure that they have a website or FB page.

Maximum has boxing and it is paid for like a personal training class. I did this for a few months before picking up MMA in Lusby last year. It's a really good, hard workout.

Action Taekwondo has kickboxing classes. Their rates are the cheapest that I've seen. I've been interested in starting them, but my motivation level is zero and my schedule is packed.

I did that for awhile. I LOVED it. But I can't squeeze in a 7pm class and focus on getting anything else done.

My kids are in their afterschool program and I love it. I need to look into it more. I am so miserably out of shape and don't want to be the only fat ass in the room.

I don't mean to laugh, however You wont be. He was a great guy, made me feel really welcome and not like a clusmy fool. No one looks down on you like I feel like they do at the gym. It was small enough to get one on one if you needed it because you didn't understand what was going on. You did cycles were you went from the bags to the floor movements. It was bad ass

I'm going to ask him when the classes are. We're already spending 6 days a week there.

Trust me, it wasn't that bad. I was nervous about it...but I really enjoyed it once the class started.I think I'll start with a DVD at home.

Oh there's no doubt in my mind that I'll thoroughly enjoy punching something, but my schedule is already busy enough.

Did you happen to get the info? I saw it tonight but it was closed. SO yeah I have heard of cardio kickboxing classes but nothing like true boxing. I have been going to a BJJ school up the road but with me wanting to hit the gym everyday that kills my time. I really need something MMA based that really trains for fighting, I have a MMA fight in VA in a few months and have to get as much time in training as I can. So im thinking the closer to southern MD the better.
