I know this will be deep-sixed but maybe it would be nice to NOT ASK for anything and just enjoy the people around you? We're in a recession. People don't have a lot of extra money, some don't have jobs. Just a thought.

I think the majority of guests WANT to know where a couple is registered. Even if she asks for no gifts, people will still bring stuff. Why not give them a little guidance? Besides, it's easy to put a good mix of inexpensive and more expensive items on a registry.

Yeah I agree Cowgirl - people will want to know what you want so letting them know where you're registered is usually appreciated.

They have a lot of brands at reasonable prices and also carry furniture which I am interested in. Has anyone else registered there?
